THE ART OF HEARING GOD By John Paul Jackson

If everyone can hear from God, why are there so few who actually do?

The Art of Hearing God is an introductory yet profound course from Streams Ministries that will give you step-by-step instructions and practical tools to learn to hear the voice of the Lord clearly and consistently.

Each month at our Streams UK Gathering we will be delving into areas of this course with biblical teaching and interactive exercises to help you develop your ability to recognise when and how God is communicating with you.

Coupled with times of exploratory, creative worship and ministry we will aim to foster a place of learning and practice, intimacy and spiritual adventure.

Through this training you can:

Learn the different ways God is trying to communicate with you.

Develop a new sensitivity to the Holy Spirit and the voice of God.

Learn to recognise hindrances that can cause you to sometimes miss God.

A driving focus of the course is the emphasis of character over gifting.

Come and find out how your character can enhance or impede your ability to hear God.

The Art of Hearing God is designed to liberate your potential to be a greater asset to the church, your family, your workplace and every arena of your life. It’s principles will teach you the growth process that leads you to fulfil your God given purpose and how to find the treasure of developing a more intimate and inspiring relationship with your Creator.

You can get to Inverness easily via bus or train - the bus station and train station are only a 11 minute walk from Wasps Academy (as show).

Access

We will have access through the door at the right hand side of the building (on the right wing as facing the building) (pictured)

Come through the corridor straight ahead all the way to the end to the Creative Workshop with yellow door. (We will be posting someone at the door to make sure everyone finds the workshop)

Since Wasps Academy is near the city centre there are plenty of places to eat nearby!

Directly down hill towards city centre on Stephen’s Street are several restaurants and cafes. In Eastgate Shopping Centre they also have M & S food hall and cafe, Starbucks, etc.
